Lib has over 10 years' experience working in workplace health and safety and has held both regional and national health and safety management roles. She is vigilant about safety systems and consistently forms relationships with clients, subcontractors, and workers on the ground to ensure they are implemented.
She holds NEBOSH International General certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, she has also completed training in risk management, incident investigation, leadership, auditing and holds a diploma in beauty therapy amongst other things. Lib is a Practitioner Member of NZISM.
Lib is tech savvy, driven and is passionate about leveraging technology (old and new) to enhance safety protocols, making systems more efficient, user friendly and streamlined. She is committed to promoting a good culture of safety across organisations.

Hayden has over 18 years’ experience working with machinery and in leadership roles within the earthworks industry, Hayden brings a wealth of hands-on experience and strategic insight to his role as General Manager.
His extensive background as a contractor and leader has honed his skills in overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and driving organizational growth. Hayden’s leadership ensures that every project is executed efficiently and aligns with client’s core values

Emily has 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, she has been involved in the coordination of residential, commercial, and larger scale village developments. Emily has been a driver of document control, change management and overall project reporting. In her role she has worked very closely with the main contractor, client, and the consultancy team to deliver results and ensure projects stay on track.
Emily is currently studying towards Ara’s Diploma in Construction Management. She holds a site safe consultant passport and a Certificate in Business Administration. She is also a NZIOB member.

Shannon has over 18 years' experience in workplace health and safety. Holding both group and regional health and safety management roles, as well as advisory roles, she is equally comfortable working with corporate leadership as she is out on worksites.
Shannon holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (through Massey University) and has completed training in risk management, adult education, and auditing amongst other things.
Shannon is a Graduate member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM), she is also an accredited SafePlus assessor.

Hannah has over 10 years’ experience in workplace health and safety and quality assurance, holding both advisory and manager level roles. She is equally as comfortable working with leadership teams as she is out on worksites.
She holds a Bachelor of Science and a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (achieved with distinction). She has also completed training in risk management, incident investigation, human resources, and leadership development amongst other things. Hannah is a Practitioner member of NZISM.
Hannah’s passion lies in developing relationships and working with organisations and their people to develop their values, attitudes, and behaviours. She also enjoys developing H&S management systems and working alongside businesses to implement them, ensuring a positive experience from the board table to the ground floor.

Kate has over 18 years' experience working in the asbestos industry in both the UK and New Zealand.
Kate is experienced in analytical asbestos work both in the laboratory identifying samples, and out in the field conducting air monitoring and four stage clearances. Kate is also a very experienced surveyor, having surveyed everything from residential premises to power stations and everything in between.
Kate holds the following asbestos qualifications: P401 (BOHS- Bulk analysis); P402 (BOHS – Asbestos surveying); P405 (BOHS – Managing Asbestos); S301 (BOHS – Asbestos & other fibres) and the BOHS Certificate of Competence in Asbestos. Kate also holds a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Health and Safety.

In Kate’s spare time she loves playing golf with her husband and travelling. Kate also passionately loves her adorable pug called Doug.

Liz has over 12 years’ experience working in the health and safety industry in New Zealand.
She is experienced in many different aspects of health and safety with particular skills in the construction sector. Post the seismic activity in Canterbury, she was involved in the earthquake strengthening and rebuild of a major heritage site; this role included developing a new health and safety management system for the project and working with four major construction companies.
Liz holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and is an affiliated member of NZISM

Marty has over 10 years' experience in the construction industry holding machinery operating roles and truck driving (class 5 license) roles helping him gain invaluable knowledge of health and safety.
He enjoys getting out about on site, meeting new people and having safety positive conversations were possible.
Marty holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (through SIT, 2018) and a Site Safe Certificate in Construction.
